Novum @ Bangsar South

Novum @ Bangsar South, a joint venture project with Eupe Corp Bhd, is a three-story condominium situated on a three-acre freehold lot.

With 729 apartments priced between RM720,000 and RM1.73 million, or an average price per square foot of RM900, the project has a GDV of RM555 million.

The units' built-up areas vary from 647 to 1,441 square feet.

On the other hand, the RM300 million Aera Residences project is a serviced apartment complex with 752 units that range in size from 718 to 1,010 square feet.

The price range is RM500 per square foot, or RM370,000 to RM600,000.

8th & Stellar@Sri Petaling

8th and Stellar is located close to the upcoming Taman Naga Emas MRT station in the existing Bandar Baru Sri Petaling neighbourhood.

What is Quality Assessment System in Construction (QLASSIC)?

When it comes to construction, quality is still as crucial as time and money. But quality is a relative concept that is hard to measure.

In 2005, the Construction Industry Standard (CIS) was developed by CIDB in collaboration with working groups comprising public and commercial parties. The CIS outlines the fundamental quality requirements for the industry.

As a result, QLASSIC (Quality Assessment System for Building Construction Works), also known as the Quality Assessment System in Construction, was developed (CIS 7:2014).

QLASSIC Scope

The QLASSIC standard establishes the benchmark for the calibre of workmanship for different building construction components. The Construction Industry benchmark, or CIS 7:2006, is the benchmark by which the quality of craftsmanship in a construction project is judged. If the workmanship meets the standard, marks are given. The building construction project's QLASSIC Score (%) is then determined by adding up these marks.

QLASSIC evaluations follow the first-time inspection guidelines and are conducted on-site. Reassessments will not be conducted for corrected construction activities following an evaluation. Motivating the contractor to "Do Things Right the First Time and Every Time" is the aim of this philosophy.

What makes QLASSIC unique?

This system allows you to compare the level of craftsmanship on your building project to a benchmark. QLASSIC gives you access to a common system for evaluating the craftsmanship of construction projects. It also  improves construction work quality control.
